SECOND DREAM TANGENT

I cut my knees // on barbed wires // in a dream tangent
I see you among the disco lights, you are a pool of poisoned honey//
you are neon orange, ghoulish, a sick fish, a ghost on a screen.
to you I am docile // a house cat//  little pet// you do not know my dreams.

I tear my clothes on a pomegranate//
your spine is too blue, too cobalt // I will not touch dirty men
// I would rather eat my maggot apples and cut my knees on barbed wires//
your knees grow mould, you are rancid// I am clean.
